We spend
the day
in your
business.

You don't get a proposal at the end of it. You get the systems actually built.

decuple /ˈdek.jʊ.pəl/ verb — to increase tenfold.

07:10 We arrive

Boots on, before you've had your first coffee

No discovery phase. No forty-page deck. No workshop with butcher's paper. We're business owners ourselves — we've run farms, franchises, trades and tech companies — so we already know what the day looks like from your side.

You won't spend the first two hours explaining your business to someone in a suit who's never sent an invoice in their life.

09:30 We watch

We shadow you doing the actual work

Not a workshop — a shadow. We watch how the work really moves through the business: the quotes, the callbacks, the invoices, the three spreadsheets that don't talk to each other, and the notebook in the ute.

Most owners can't describe their own bottleneck, because they are the bottleneck. It's much easier to see from the side.

12:40 We find it

Three things, every single time

  1. 01

    Time you're giving away

Quoting, scheduling, chasing payment, typing the same information into four different places. Usually ten to fifteen hours a week of work a system should be doing for you.

  2. 02

    Money sitting on the table

Better deals, better terms, suppliers and rebates you didn't know to ask about. Nobody's hiding it from you — you've just been too flat out to go looking.

  3. 03

    Opportunities in plain sight

The answer is usually already in your business — in your customer list, your job history, your quoting data. It's just never been anywhere you could see it.

14:00 We build

This is the part other consultants quote you for

We don't go away and write it up. We build it while we're standing there — AI-driven systems wired into the tools you already use. You walk away with the thing itself, not a plan to go and pay somebody else to build.

The build isn't a second engagement, and it isn't a second invoice.

A bigger build can run over into the next day or two. When it does, we finish it — that time's already in the price.

Then we get out of your way

You get a walkthrough and the systems running live. No open-ended retainer, no engagement that quietly lasts eighteen months, no deliverable that's really just a summary of what you already told us.

We check back in a fortnight later to make sure it stuck.

Who we do it for

Questions we get asked

What does Decuple do?

Decuple is an Australian business systems consultancy that spends one day on site with owner-operated businesses and builds AI-driven systems to improve productivity — then leaves those systems running. We work with farmers, tradesmen, franchise owners and tech businesses, mostly across regional New South Wales and Queensland.

What is The Decuple Day?

The Decuple Day is one full day where we come to your business, shadow you doing the actual work, identify where your time and money are leaking, and build the systems to fix it. A bigger build can carry over a day or two — that's included. It costs $10,000, plus travel at cost.

How is this different from hiring a business consultant?

A consultant runs a discovery process and hands you a report or a proposal — then you go and pay someone else to build it. We build it. You finish with the working systems, not a plan to implement them.

How much does it cost?

$10,000. That covers the initial call, the full day on site, every system we build (including any that carries over a day or two), the handover walkthrough, and a check-in a fortnight later. Travel and accommodation are extra, quoted at cost before anyone commits.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

We're based in the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales, halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. We travel anywhere in Australia. Travel and accommodation are quoted up front and charged at cost.

What kinds of businesses is this for?

Owner-operated businesses where the owner is the bottleneck — farms, trades, franchises and small tech companies. It works best when whoever makes the decisions is in the building for the day.

Do I need to know anything about AI first?

No. You need to know your business. We handle the AI side, and we build into the tools you already use rather than asking you to move everything somewhere new.
